Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on the supplier.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that, as a dropshipping store, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier's country of origin. For European Union destinations, estimated delivery times are 5-15 business days from shipment, depending on the country and supplier.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to addresses worldwide, with some exceptions. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Specific available destinations will be listed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT and duties are calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages: If you received your order damaged or not as described, please contact us at crew@bakabo.club within 14 days of delivery. As required by EU consumer law, we are responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in conformity with your order. Please save all packaging materials and provide photos of the damage to facilitate the resolution process.
Lost or Stolen Packages: bakabo.club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
