Every piece is built from artwork generated by the BKS crew using AI. Products are printed on demand by Printify using all-over-print (AOP) technology — edge-to-edge colour and detail on every piece. Nothing is produced until you order.

Yes. The made-to-order model eliminates overstock and surplus production. Your piece is printed only when you place the order — zero inventory waste, zero guesswork on quantities.

Production: 7–14 business days (all pieces are made to order). Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch (Europe). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Total estimated delivery: 10–19 business days.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties vary by destination and are shown at checkout. US orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after production.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items, print errors, or wrong items received. Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size choices or change of mind. Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless there is a production defect. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — email crew@bakabo.club immediately. Once Printify confirms production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Yes. Photos are processed only within your secure member session. If you share a preview with the BKS crew for manual review, we request explicit GDPR consent before transmitting. We never store or share your photos without permission.

Yes — text personalisation is available for Brass, Silver and Gold tier members. You can add custom text on the front, back or sleeve of most garments for an additional +€15. Contact the BKS AI assistant or the crew to request a custom piece.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and all digital wallets supported by Shopify Payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are secured by Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system.

BKS products use all-over-print technology — the artwork is the colour. Most pieces are available in one design per edition. Some product types (e.g. athletic shorts, windbreaker) are available in different base colourways. Use the colour filter on the collection page to browse options.
