Returns and refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns of products within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at crew@bakabo.club. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your items. Please do not send the product directly without first contacting our customer service. Due to the nature of dropshipping, it may be necessary to return the item directly to the supplier.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers), customized items, and personal care items. Gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at crew@bakabo.club, and we will provide instructions for the exchange process. It may be necessary to ship the defective item directly to the supplier.
Return Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions:
In case of defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at crew@bakabo.club to discuss a solution. You may be required to provide photos or videos of the damage to facilitate the claims process with the supplier.
