Every BKS piece is made to order after purchase. Production takes 7–14 business days depending on the product category. Sneakers and backpacks: 10–14 days. All other categories: 7–10 days. You will receive a tracking link once production is complete and your order has shipped.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, before production starts. After that, the item is already in production and changes are not possible. Email crew@bakabo.club immediately if you need to make a change.

Contact us at crew@bakabo.club as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If production has not yet started we can update it. Once an order is in production, address changes may not be possible.

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For EU orders: typically 12–22 business days total. For US orders: 17–26 business days total. These are estimates — carrier delays and customs clearance can affect timing outside our control.

Tracking links can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to activate in the carrier system. If your link has been inactive for more than 48 hours after receiving it, contact us with your order number.

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all products in original, unworn condition. Email crew@bakabo.club with your order number to start a return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at crew@bakabo.club with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect it.

Each product page includes a size guide link. BKS Studio products are generally sized to standard EU/US equivalents. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — all products are made to order so exchanges require a new order.

BKS sneakers fit true to size in US sizing. If you have a wide foot, size up by half a size. The size guide on each sneaker page includes US-to-EU conversion.

Yes. Every BKS Studio print originates from an AI-driven design process built on a curated library of art-movement references. The studio prompts, iterates, and curates the outputs — the result is a print system, not a random generation. AI is the tool; the editorial direction is human.

Yes. The print design is fixed — every unit produced from the same design carries the same pattern. Screen calibration and photography conditions may cause minor colour perception differences, but the design is identical.

BKS Studio uses all-over sublimation printing, which fuses the ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This produces sharp, durable, edge-to-edge colour that does not crack or fade with normal washing. Care instructions are on each product page.
