Production & Shipping Times

All BKS Studio products are made to order. Each item is individually produced by our print-on-demand partner after your order is confirmed — we do not hold pre-made inventory.

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Standard shipping: 7–15 business days (international delivery may vary)
  • Estimated total delivery: 9–20 business days (about 2–3 weeks) from the order date

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships; tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country and carrier. Delays beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier issues) are not covered by our production estimate.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your destination. Rates and delivery estimates are shown before you pay.

Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally to the destinations available at checkout. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. The specific countries we serve are listed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For consumers in the European Union, VAT is charged at your country's rate and is included in the price shown at checkout — bakabo.club is registered for the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, so you will not face surprise VAT charges on delivery. For destinations outside the EU, any import VAT, customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price shown.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at crew@bakabo.club within 30 days of delivery. As required by EU consumer law, we are responsible for delivering goods in conformity with your order. Please keep all packaging and include photos (or a short video) of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

bakabo.club is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order. On request, we will share the delivery confirmation, delivery date, tracking, and carrier details so you can investigate with the carrier.
