BKS Verse — Co-Creation Terms

By submitting a verse to BKS Verse, you agree to the following:

1. Originality

The verse is your original work. You are the sole author. You have not plagiarised any existing text.

2. Licence

You grant BKS Studio (BAK ABO) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your verse as the creative basis for a garment design, marketing material, and the BKS Verse archive. You retain authorship credit.

3. Selection

Submission does not guarantee selection. The Gran Giudice evaluates all verses on five axes (Image, Voice, Tension, BKS Resonance, Body). Score ≥20/25 enters final review. Score 25/25 is auto-approved. The decision is final.

4. If Selected

You receive: early access to your drop (24h before public), a 15% co-creator discount, and credit on the product page. You do not receive royalties on subsequent sales.

5. Eligibility

Submission is open to Brass+ members only. One submission per member per calendar month.
